Reside Living, an innovative residential property management company is growing and is looking for an Assistant Manager for one of our communities in East Lakeview. Right candidate must have 2-3 years of residential management experience with strong bookkeeping and accounting skills.  Must be a self-starter with ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.  Proven leasing skills are essential as this position supports leasing in this busy community.  Yardi experience strongly desired.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of residential property management experience.
- Excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills using related property management software.
- Good organizational skills and follow through ability.
- Excellent leasing and resident relation skills.
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and professional writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Yardi strongly desired.

The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of performing a variety of repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and miscellaneous building systems. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a minimum of 2 years previous maintenance experience performing repairs.
